For all of us on this journey, we know that there are times when we need to truly surrender, and eventually we do - when we get hit over the head or hit a brick wall over and over again, and we find that the only answer is to surrender. (See July Update)
But...what if we were to just surrender for the pure joy of surrendering? No agendas. No need to ask Spirit for anything. Not feeling backed into a corner and forced to surrender. Being already happy or centered or balanced or even just feeling okay, and openly surrendering because we truly want to.
What if we just laid down every night and threw our arms out and proclaimed our surrendering and truly let it all go and actually felt the bliss of the Infinite coming in? Surrendering with an open heart, and letting go of all control and all need to control gives us such a sense of exquisite bliss, as we know we are totally taken care of and all we have to do is to just be here and truly live. This is the most amazing feeling to slumber with, and we also get to wake up refreshed and centered. Don't believe me? Try it some time!

December Energy Forecast
Energy Forecast from the December 2010 Newsletter (December 05, 2010)
This month, expect the unexpected! This month brings us many gifts. We become closer to our divine selves, and as we review the year past, we see just how far we have come in bringing a deeper sense of spirituality to our everyday lives. There is some turbulent energy to watch out for this month (if you haven't already noticed) and it may come with a strong dose of impatience. We feel a bit set back in our lives around mid month, but this is just a nudge to go within and seek our answers. This brings that sense of frustration, til closer to Christmas Eve, when we have our moments of true understanding. This month and into early January we continue to clear out what is no longer needed from our lives, as this has been the trend all of 2010. In 2011 we will be guided to create more of what we desire.
There are quite a few power days this month. Power days give us special energy downloads and bring about change in our lives or bring up things that we have overlooked. Power Days: 12/2-3, 12/5, 12/7-8, 12/12, 12/15, 12/17, 12/21, 12/22

Empathy vs Sympathy (December 05, 2010)
This message is devoted to all of my fellow psychic sponges out there. (A psychic sponge is an empath, someone who tends to absorb energy from people and places just from being near that person or place. This is also called clairempathy and is one of the first psychic senses to develop.)
Are you finding that you are still absorbing energy from others and are getting tired of constantly trying to stay clear? When we are prone to this it can be an uphill battle, and after we have absorbed everyone else's energy, we are way too exhausted to do our own clearing all of the time. Recently my guides saw me falling into this old pattern and staged an intervention.
They explained that it is when we are empathetic to another that our energy starts to vibrate closer to that person/place's frequency, and once we become closer to that vibrational frequency, we start to resonate and bring forth the same energies as it spreads from one to another. At this point both parties are feeling the same energy, or the original person is now free and clear and we are the ones carrying the burden.
There is no reason to have to take on someone's energy in order to help them. By doing this we deny them of the lessons that they came here to learn, and the universe will in turn bring them something else to teach them the same lesson in a different way. Or, if we are both sharing in the energy then we can make ourselves sick in the process while nothing is resolved and no one feels any relief.
The guides are saying to become sympathetic instead of empathetic. Show your compassion and offer what you can, but don't take on the energy by looking within yourself to feel their pain. Empaths tend to do this unconsciously, and once they go within they start to resonate with the emotion. Remind yourself that all things happen for a reason and there is a lesson to be learned, and know in your heart that the universe doesn't make mistakes. Their soul chose a lesson for a reason that may be beyond our knowing at the time. Consciously send the person or place love and healing energy, or ask how you can help. If someone just needs to unload, visualize all of their words going into a big golden bubble, then watch as it gets transformed to healing energy and released when the conversation comes to completion.
We are not here to fix anyone or take away their lessons, this just calls more lessons into one's life, but we can help them search for ways to heal the situation and to see the higher lesson behind things...And with that psychic kick in the pants, the guides set me straight again.

Dreams
What if life really were a dream? What if we are all just having the same dream and the dreams we have when we sleep are just dreams within a deam? Most of my life I have had this recurring thought, and watching Alice in Wonderland and catching some of The Wizard of Oz has really got me thinking about it again. We are really all just ONE, one energy, one life, the infinite. The Infinite is alseep and having a dream, and the dream is us, here, now, living this life. Just like it has been said that everyone in your dream is an aspect of you, we are all aspects of the Infinite Creator's dream. I wonder what life would be like if we began to dream lucidly in our waking state, controlling the aspects of our dream, hopping from dream to dream, and manifesting anyting we wish.
How would you live if you believed you were in a dream? Would you decide to go for it an live your wildest dreams? Would you maintain your ethics and morals? What would be important to you?
Begin to practice lucid dreaming in your sleep state. Practice waking up in a dream and making conscious choices as to where you want to go, what you want to do, who you want to see. Try to stay lucid as long as possible. The more you practice and make it a nightly event, the more you may begin to see a natural change in your waking state and what you can manifest and create for yourself with just a thought!

Everything on earth is defined by a numerical configuration. Master numbers accentuate the meanings of single digits. They are considered to be some of the most powerful vibrations known. They are thought to symbolize raw untapped potential. This numerical energy is waiting to be harnessed by those who have the eyes to see. The numbers are an optical downloading....the eyes are an extension of the brain and when the eyes see these magic numbers an encoding is activated in the brain. As the brain adjusts to these new energies a lifting occurs allowing the individual heightened awareness and use of untapped gifts.
When you experience the numerical downloads no matter what kind, (master numbers or groups of single digits) stop for one full minute, allowing this energy to be birthed through you. Focus on your deepest desire and see it as manifest. The universe has just taken a picture of your thoughts. Empty yourself of any preconceived notions and let the light sew up the frayed edges of your intentions. Conscious CoCreation Coaching: On Your Mark...Get Set.....
I know you were hoping I was going to say...GO!...but before you throw those tomatoes, hear me out...
Yes, we are still in the "Get Set" phase, but this is not necessarily an icky phase...contrarily, this is a very active period of preparation and it can be quite exhilarating if you know how to interpret the energies coursing thru your veins.
Most likely you are experiencing one of two things since October began...you are either panting from the pace and stress of all the things you need to or needed to get done at once due to the increasing frequencies we are channeling... or you're flat on your back. Or maybe you are feeling a combination of both: flat on your back while ALSO feeling the stress of so-much-to-do-so-little-time, but with an inability to get your body to align with your needs/intentions.

Eterntitys Fire - Galactic Work
The Mayan Galactic Period & Role of the Extra-Terrestrial Races
The Galactic Underworld period of the Mayan Calendar (from January 5, 1999 - October 28, 2011) brings to culmination the National Underworld period (3315 BC - October 28, 2011) and Planetary Underworld (1755 - October 28, 2011) period on earth, and ushers in the final Universal Underworld period (February 11 - October 28, 2011). Through each of these time periods, which overlap, humanity engages in the cyclical opportunity to advance in consciousness as well as behavior. It is easy to look back and see how the rise of nations, advancements in technology and civilizations correspond to these Mayan calendar markers.The second factor to be aware of is that there is a succession of x20 marked acceleration points in linear time that can easily be felt at the conscious level as we near the end of the Mayan Calendar. Sacred calendars worldwide agree to a 360-day year which puts the actual end date of the Mayan calendar at October 28, 2011 vs. the widely publicized December 21, 2012 date that is based on the agricultural 365-day calendar. The last x20 speed-up occurred on January 5, 1999 and we will take another giant leap (x20 again from the current speed) on February 11, 2011.
This Galactic period and acceleration brings with it opportunities beyond the terrestrial and mundane of the planetary and national periods. It does, in fact, bring to humanity the potential to understand the role of extra-terrestrial races, their history of interaction here on the planet, and the possibility of public revealing of current work, agreements and contact. There is still pain, chaos and suffering everywhere you look. You feel that in the course of your lifetimes you have made little progress because the world you return to is always the same. But is it? The world simply reflects the energy of the collective, a mirror of the healing that is yet to be done. And the energy you notice is that which is to be healed within you.
Each of you resonates with an energetic spectrum that you can move from fear to love. When we recognize the beauty of another's soul, we intrinsically know how and why we have come together, we recognize our past lives, our current connection, and remember our future lives. Recognition doesn't always mean a conscious knowing. At first this connection can be deep within the subconscious mind, but the feeling of it cannot be denied. It is upon gazing into the beauty of another's eyes, that we are lead to feel the soul, and we become fully aware of our divinity.
The third dimensional realm is one of mirrors. This is our only way to know and define ourselves. What we see in others lies within ourself. Many times it is hidden deep beneath the surface, and it is only when we are ready, does that consciousness spring forth.

Carlos Barrios was born into a Spanish family on El Altiplano, the highlands of . His home was in Huehue tenango, also the dwelling place of the Maya Mam tribe. With other Maya and other indigenous tradition keepers, the Mam carry part of the old ways on Turtle Island ( North America ).
They are keepers of time, authorities on remarkable calendars that are ancient, elegant and relevant. Mr. Barrios is a historian, an anthropologist and investigator. After studying with traditional elders for 25 years since the age of 19, he has also became a Mayan Ajq'ij, a ceremonial priest and spiritual guide, Eagle Clan.
Years ago, along with his brother, Gerardo, Carlos initiated an investigation into the different Mayan calendars. He studied with many teachers. He says his brother Gerardo interviewed nearly 600 traditional Mayan elders to widen their scope of knowledge.
"Anthropologists visit the temple sites," Mr. Barrios says, "and read the inscriptions and make up stories about the Maya, but they do not read the signs correctly. It's just their imagination... Other people write about prophecy in the name of the Maya. They say that the world will end in December 2012. The Mayan elders are angry with this. The world will not end. It will be transformed. The indigenous have the calendars, and know how to accurately interpret it, not others.
The Mayan Calendars comprehension of time, seasons, and cycles has proven itself to be vast and sophisticated. The Maya understand 17 different calendars, some of them charting time accurately over a span of more than ten million years. The calendar that has steadily drawn global attention since 1987 is called the Tzolk'in or Cholq'ij.
Devised ages ago and based on the cycle of the Pleiades, it is still held as sacred. With the indigenous calendars, native people have kept track of important turning points in history.
For example, the day keepers who study the calendars identified an important day in the year One Reed, Ce Acatal, as it was called by the Mayans. That was the day when an important ancestor was prophesied to return, "coming like a butterfly." In the western calendar, the One Reed date correlates to Easter Sunday, April 21, 1519 the day that Hernando Cortez and his fleet of 11 Spanish galleons arrived from the East at what is today called Vera Cruz, .
When the Spanish ships came toward shore, native people were waiting and watching to see how it would go. The billowing sails of the ships did indeed remind the scouts of butterflies skimming the ocean surface. In this manner was a new era initiated, an era they had anticipated through their calendars. The Maya termed the new era the Nine Bolomtikus, or nine Hells of 52 years each. As the nine cycles unfolded, land and freedom were taken from the native people. Disease and disrespect dominated.
What began with the arrival of Cortez, lasted until August 16, 1987 - a date many people recall as Harmonic Convergence. Millions of people took advantage of that date to make ceremony in sacred sites, praying for a smooth transition to a new era, the World of the Fifth Sun."
From that 1987 date until now, Mr. Barrios says, "We have been in a time when the right arm of the materialistic world is disappearing, slowly but inexorably. We are at the cusp of the era when peace begins, and people live in harmony with Mother Earth. We are no longer in the World of the Fourth Sun, but we are not yet in the World of the Fifth Sun. This is the time in-between, the time of transition. As we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war, and ongoing Earth changes."
All this, Mr .Barrios says, was foreseen via the simple, spiral mathematics of the Mayan calendars. "It will change," Mr. Barrios observes. "Everything will change." He said Mayan day keepers view the Dec. 21, 2012 date as a rebirth, the start of the World of the Fifth Sun. "It will be the start of a new era resulting from and signified by the solar meridian crossing the galactic equator, and the earth aligning itself with the center of the galaxy.
At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years, the Sun rises to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. This cosmic cross is considered to be an embodiment of the Sacred Tree, The Tree of Life, a tree remembered in all the world's spiritual traditions."
Some observers say this alignment with the heart of the galaxy in 2012 will open a channel for cosmic energy to flow through the earth, cleansing it and all that dwells upon it, raising all to a higher level of vibration.
This process has already begun, Mr. Barrios suggested. "Change is accelerating now, and it will continue to accelerate." If the people of the earth can get to this 2012 date in good shape, without having destroyed too much of the Earth, Mr. Barrios said, "We will rise to a new, higher level. But to get there we must transform enormously powerful forces that seek to block the way."
A Picture of the Road Ahead:
From his understanding of the Mayan tradition and the calendars, Mr. Barrios offered a picture of where we are at and what may lie on the road ahead. The date specified in the calendar Winter Solstice in the year 2012 does not mark the end of the world. Many outside people writing about the Mayan calendar sensationalize this date, but they do not know. The ones who know are the indigenous elders who are entrusted with keeping the tradition.
"Humanity will continue," he contends, "but in a different way. Material structures will change. From this we will have the opportunity to be more human. We are living in the most important era of the Mayan calendars and prophecies. All the prophecies of the world, all the traditions, are converging now. There is no time for games. The spiritual ideal of this era is action. Many powerful souls have reincarnated in this era, with a lot of power. This is true on both sides, the light and the dark. ....
A Call for Fusion: As he met with audiences in Santa Fe, Mr. Barrios told a story about the most recent Mayan New Year ceremonies in . He said that one respected elder, who lives all year in a solitary mountain cave, journeyed to Chichicastenango to speak with the people at the ceremony. The elder delivered a simple, direct message. He called for human beings to come together in support of life and light. Right now each person and group is going his or her own way. The elder of the mountains said there is hope if the people of the light can come together and unite in some way.
Reflecting on this, Mr. Barrios explained: "We live in a world of polarity: day and night, man and woman, positive and negative. Light and darkness need each other. They are a balance. Just now the dark side is very strong, and very clear about what they want. They have their vision and their priorities clearly held, and also their hierarchy. They are working in many ways so that we will be unable to connect with the spiral Fifth World in 2012.
On the light side everyone thinks they are the most important, that their own understandings, or their group's understandings, are the key. There's a diversity of cultures and opinions, so there is competition, diffusion, and no single focus."
As Mr. Barrios sees it, "The dark side works to block fusion through denial and materialism. It also works to destroy those who are working with the light to get the Earth to a higher level. They like the energy of the old, declining Fourth World , the materialism. They do not want it to change. They do not want fusion. They want to stay at this level, and are afraid of the next level. The dark power of the declining Fourth World cannot be destroyed or overpowered. It's too strong and clear for that, and that is the wrong strategy. The dark can only be transformed when confronted with simplicity and open-heartedness. This is what leads to fusion, a key concept for the World of the Fifth Sun."
Mr. Barrios said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of earth, air, fire and water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun: ether. The dictionary defines ether as the rarefied element of the Heavens. Ether is a medium. It permeates all space and transmits waves of energy in a wide range of frequencies, from cell phones to human auras.
What is "ethereal" is related to the regions beyond earth: the Heavens. Ether, the element of the Fifth Sun, is celestial and lacking in material substance, but is no less real than wood, stone or flesh. "Within the context of ether there can be a fusion of the polarities," Mr .Barrios said. "No more darkness or light in the people, but an uplifted fusion. But right now the realm of darkness is not interested in this. They are organized to block it. They seek to unbalance the Earth and its environment so we will be unready for the alignment in 2012. We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and fusion now, to confront the other side and preserve life, to be ready for this Moment in History."
Mr. Barrios told his audiences in Santa Fe that we are at a critical moment of world history. "We are disturbed," he said. "We can't play anymore. Our planet can be renewed or ravaged. Now is the time to awaken and take action. Everyone is needed. You are not here for no reason. Everyone who is here now has an important purpose. This is a hard, but special time. We have the opportunity for growth, but we must be ready for this moment in history."
Mr. Barrios offered a number of suggestions to help people walk in balance through the years ahead. "The prophesied changes are going to happen," he said "but our attitude and actions determine how harsh or mild they are. We need to act, to make changes, and to elect people to represent us who understand and who will take political action to respect the earth. Meditation and spiritual practice are good, but also action. It's very important to be clear about who you are, and also about your relation to the Earth.
Develop yourself according to your own tradition and the call of your heart. But remember to respect differences, and strive for unity. Eat wisely. A lot of food is corrupt in either subtle or gross ways. Pay attention to what you are taking into your body. Learn to preserve food, and to conserve energy. Learn some good breathing techniques, so you have the mastery of your breath. Be clear. Follow a tradition with great roots. It is not important what tradition, your heart will tell you, but it must have great roots. We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything: people, plants, animals.
This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element ether - the realm where energy lives and weaves. Go to the sacred places of the earth to pray for peace, and have respect for the Earth which gives us our food, clothing, and shelter. We need to reactivate the energy of these sacred places. That is our work. One simple but effective prayer technique is to light a white or baby-blue colored candle. Think a moment in peace. Speak your intention to the flame and send the light of it on to the leaders who have the power to make war or peace. We Have Work To Do."
According to Mr. Barrios this is a crucially important moment for humanity, and for earth. Each person is important. If you have incarnated into this era, you have spiritual work to do balancing the planet. He said the elders have opened the doors so that other races can come to the Mayan world to receive the tradition. The Maya have long appreciated and respected that there are other colors, other races, and other spiritual systems.
"They know," he said, "that the destiny of the Mayan world is related to the destiny of the whole world. The greatest wisdom is in simplicity," ... . "Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It's not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It's encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. This is the time in-between, the time of transition. As we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war, and ongoing Earth changes."
All this, Mr .Barrios says, was foreseen via the simple, spiral mathematics of the Mayan calendars. "It will change," Mr. Barrios observes. "Everything will change." He said Mayan day keepers view the Dec. 21, 2012 date as a rebirth, the start of the World of the Fifth Sun. "It will be the start of a new era resulting from and signified by the solar meridian crossing the galactic equator, and the earth aligning itself with the center of the galaxy.
At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years, the Sun rises to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. This cosmic cross is considered to be an embodiment of the Sacred Tree, The Tree of Life, a tree remembered in all the world's spiritual traditions."
Some observers say this alignment with the heart of the galaxy in 2012 will open a channel for cosmic energy to flow through the earth, cleansing it and all that dwells upon it, raising all to a higher level of vibration.
This process has already begun, Mr. Barrios suggested. "Change is accelerating now, and it will continue to accelerate." If the people of the earth can get to this 2012 date in good shape, without having destroyed too much of the Earth, Mr. Barrios said, "We will rise to a new, higher level. But to get there we must transform enormously powerful forces that seek to block the way."
A Picture of the Road Ahead:
From his understanding of the Mayan tradition and the calendars, Mr. Barrios offered a picture of where we are at and what may lie on the road ahead. The date specified in the calendar Winter Solstice in the year 2012 does not mark the end of the world. Many outside people writing about the Mayan calendar sensationalize this date, but they do not know. The ones who know are the indigenous elders who are entrusted with keeping the tradition.
"Humanity will continue," he contends, "but in a different way. Material structures will change. From this we will have the opportunity to be more human. We are living in the most important era of the Mayan calendars and prophecies. All the prophecies of the world, all the traditions, are converging now. There is no time for games. The spiritual ideal of this era is action. Many powerful souls have reincarnated in this era, with a lot of power. This is true on both sides, the light and the dark. ....
A Call for Fusion: As he met with audiences in Santa Fe, Mr. Barrios told a story about the most recent Mayan New Year ceremonies in . He said that one respected elder, who lives all year in a solitary mountain cave, journeyed to Chichicastenango to speak with the people at the ceremony. The elder delivered a simple, direct message. He called for human beings to come together in support of life and light. Right now each person and group is going his or her own way. The elder of the mountains said there is hope if the people of the light can come together and unite in some way.
Reflecting on this, Mr. Barrios explained: "We live in a world of polarity: day and night, man and woman, positive and negative. Light and darkness need each other. They are a balance. Just now the dark side is very strong, and very clear about what they want. They have their vision and their priorities clearly held, and also their hierarchy. They are working in many ways so that we will be unable to connect with the spiral Fifth World in 2012.
On the light side everyone thinks they are the most important, that their own understandings, or their group's understandings, are the key. There's a diversity of cultures and opinions, so there is competition, diffusion, and no single focus."
As Mr. Barrios sees it, "The dark side works to block fusion through denial and materialism. It also works to destroy those who are working with the light to get the Earth to a higher level. They like the energy of the old, declining Fourth World , the materialism. They do not want it to change. They do not want fusion. They want to stay at this level, and are afraid of the next level. The dark power of the declining Fourth World cannot be destroyed or overpowered. It's too strong and clear for that, and that is the wrong strategy. The dark can only be transformed when confronted with simplicity and open-heartedness. This is what leads to fusion, a key concept for the World of the Fifth Sun."
Mr. Barrios said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of earth, air, fire and water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun: ether. The dictionary defines ether as the rarefied element of the Heavens. Ether is a medium. It permeates all space and transmits waves of energy in a wide range of frequencies, from cell phones to human auras.
What is "ethereal" is related to the regions beyond earth: the Heavens. Ether, the element of the Fifth Sun, is celestial and lacking in material substance, but is no less real than wood, stone or flesh. "Within the context of ether there can be a fusion of the polarities," Mr .Barrios said. "No more darkness or light in the people, but an uplifted fusion. But right now the realm of darkness is not interested in this. They are organized to block it. They seek to unbalance the Earth and its environment so we will be unready for the alignment in 2012. We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and fusion now, to confront the other side and preserve life, to be ready for this Moment in History."
Mr. Barrios told his audiences in Santa Fe that we are at a critical moment of world history. "We are disturbed," he said. "We can't play anymore. Our planet can be renewed or ravaged. Now is the time to awaken and take action. Everyone is needed. You are not here for no reason. Everyone who is here now has an important purpose. This is a hard, but special time. We have the opportunity for growth, but we must be ready for this moment in history."
Mr. Barrios offered a number of suggestions to help people walk in balance through the years ahead. "The prophesied changes are going to happen," he said "but our attitude and actions determine how harsh or mild they are. We need to act, to make changes, and to elect people to represent us who understand and who will take political action to respect the earth. Meditation and spiritual practice are good, but also action. It's very important to be clear about who you are, and also about your relation to the Earth.
Develop yourself according to your own tradition and the call of your heart. But remember to respect differences, and strive for unity. Eat wisely. A lot of food is corrupt in either subtle or gross ways. Pay attention to what you are taking into your body. Learn to preserve food, and to conserve energy. Learn some good breathing techniques, so you have the mastery of your breath. Be clear. Follow a tradition with great roots. It is not important what tradition, your heart will tell you, but it must have great roots. We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything: people, plants, animals.
This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element ether - the realm where energy lives and weaves. Go to the sacred places of the earth to pray for peace, and have respect for the Earth which gives us our food, clothing, and shelter. We need to reactivate the energy of these sacred places. That is our work. One simple but effective prayer technique is to light a white or baby-blue colored candle. Think a moment in peace. Speak your intention to the flame and send the light of it on to the leaders who have the power to make war or peace. We Have Work To Do."
According to Mr. Barrios this is a crucially important moment for humanity, and for earth. Each person is important. If you have incarnated into this era, you have spiritual work to do balancing the planet. He said the elders have opened the doors so that other races can come to the Mayan world to receive the tradition. The Maya have long appreciated and respected that there are other colors, other races, and other spiritual systems.
"They know," he said, "that the destiny of the Mayan world is related to the destiny of the whole world. The greatest wisdom is in simplicity," ... . "Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It's not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It's encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. SKY SHOW TONIGHT
PERSEID METEOR SHOWER: The annual Perseid meteor shower is underway. Earth is passing through a wide stream of debris from Comet Swift-Tuttle, and each time a fleck of comet dust hits Earth's atmosphere--flash!--there is a meteor. Forecasters say the shower will peak on Thursday, August 12th, and Friday, August 13th. You can see Perseids flitting across the sky at any time between about 10 pm on Thursday evening and sunrise on Friday morning. Observers who get away from city lights can expect to count dozens of meteors per hour, especially during the dark hours before dawn. Archangel Raphael Meditation
What a powerful meditation tonight at Meg's! Thank you to all those that came to share in that healing energy.
Emotions
Why do we have so much fear around feeling emotions? They seem to either get stuffed down where we create some type of pattern behavior to cope with them, or we let them out and don't hold any punches and create more upheaval in our lives. Emotion is energy in motion, meaning, a reaction to our environment based on the situations from the past that now are part of the judge and jury of the current situation at hand. Hmmm..sounds overly complicated and something worth stuffing down. Ice cream anyone?
Ok, so even though we feel justified in our emotions, it would be helpful to understand that anything based on the past is baggage. When we completely let go of emotions, which is also letting go of the past, as well as releasing the ego, we are just left with feelings. Feelings are genuine. Feelings are based on what is happening right now. Feelings can make us cry or make us feel like we are flying but either way it feels authentic and magnficent because its raw, pure and untainted energy, and there you have it. Your authentic, magnificent, ego-less self. What better feeling can we have than what it feels like to be this authentic self, especially when we haven't allowed it for 30ish years, oh I mean, all of your years.

Honor
It is when we abandon ourselves, that we tend to create dis-ease, pain, and all types of addictions whether it be to food, drugs, gambling, over-exerting ourselves in exercise, etc, in our life. It is time to honor ourselves. That doesn't mean for one to be selfish, but to notice when, where, and with whom you abandon yourself with and begin to honor yourself.

August 2010 Update
Hello everyone,
This month I would like to share an important message from the angels. The Angels are a group of angelic beings that have been with me for long time now, but over the last few months I have been able to see them regularly. They download me with information that blows my mind as it is incredible to connect with the level of consciousness the information comes from. Thank you to those of you that have urged me to write these messages, as it easy to get lost in the high vibrational energies that they bring. This month's message is on self-love and even though this message appears as though it is worded for a specific group of you out there ( you know who you are!), it is actually for all of us.
Dear beloved ones, it is with great pleasure and joy that we are able to come forth to you today. We see that so many of you are struggling with completely opening your hearts to receiving love, the universal love, the love of oneness. We bring you a lesson on this today. Many of you find it easy to give love, and do so very easily, without a thought, without a care, it's as though it's a part of you to do so. When it comes to love of self, we see that you have many rules and regulations and etheric barbed wire that exists over the heart- pathways to self. We want you to know that it is one in the same. To give love is to receive love. There is no separation. We are One. We are not separate from one another. To give is to receive and to receive is to give. It is when we have the belief in separation, that this natural flow becomes disturbed. When the natural flow becomes disturbed, this then manifests as all sorts of dis-ease. Lack of self-love manifests as the lack of abundance, lack of health, lack of relationships, lack of joy, serenity, peace, bliss, etc. Many types of illness and misfortune and unhappiness all stem from a lack of self-love. So the goal is not necessarily to be open to receiving love, to remove the barbed wire, or to keep the heart open as we are told time and time again but don't exactly know how to do, but these are actually wonderful consequences to the real solution. The real solution is to dissolve the belief of separation. We tell you that you will know when all belief in separation is dissolved, because every part of you will be at peace. You will want for nothing, you will lack nothing, you will have everything, including the understanding and knowing that you already had everything. We wish you farewell for now, call upon us to help you dissolve the lines that create separation.

The Angels speak of Oneness. One of the concepts we learn as we embark upon a spiritual path is that we are all one. What we do affects the whole, because we are not separate. We are but mirrors of one another. We are all aspects of God, the universe, the one energy. We are the pieces that make up the whole. This one topic can fill up a book, but this is the basic understanding that we start from. The angels speak to us from the 7th dimension and are able to see a greater picture of our struggles here on Earth in the 3rd dimension. We are what I call "in the box" and the solutions that take us out of the box can't necessarily come from within the box, meaning, the solution to a problem does not lie in the problem itself. As we reach into higher and higher states of consciousness we begin to move out of the box (out of 3d consciousness) and everything becomes clearer. Essentially what the angels have given us here is a roadmap to higher consciousness.
So many of us are sufferring from various forms of a lack of self-love. What can we do today to bring about change if we find ourselves in this situation where it is easier to give than to receive? We can be mindful, and when we give love, we give it to ourselves as well. Every time we say "I love you" to another, we can say (silently if you prefer) "I love you" to ourselves. When you look in the mirror, give yourself a smile and say "I love you". Stay grounded and mindful of everything that goes on. Be fully present in conversations and know, by being fully present for someone else, you are in turn being present for yourself. Speak kindly and have patience with others and know that by doing so, you are in turn giving the same to yourself. Meditate on the concept that everything you do to someone else, you do to yourself, until that concept becomes so grounded within you it is automatic. This knowing blurs the lines of separation, and we will find that things start to fall in place.
When we seek things outside of ourselves, love, wisdom, abundance etc. we find that we are constantly seeking. There is no separation, so what is outside of us is already within and all around us. July 2010 Update
Happy Independence Day!
As I sat and thought about how we are celebrating our freedom this weekend, I wondered how many people actually feel free in their lives. Not necessarily just in a physical way, but mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. The last few months especially, working with clients and it seemed like session after session, I am constantly hearing the message "Surrender, and you will have freedom and peace" from our guides, angels and cosmic teachers. Of course everyone always cringes at the word surrender, and I usually take a deep breath before I even repeat what I just heard, especially since the message of surrendering usually comes to those who feel like they just got hit by a truck and are in dire need of help, and I know it can be quite difficult to hear.
For so long we have associated the word surrender with "giving up" and "losing" or even "settling" for something we definitely don't want in our lives. However, I usually explain surrendering as "giving up the fight against ourselves" and "losing the battle over control of some situation in our lives that either needs to play out or we need to just let go of". Surrender is about letting go of the fear of change and the need to control certain aspects of our lives, while having faith that all is taken care of and will work out exactly how it needs to always and in our best interest. Well despite the knowing of all of this, the thought of surrendering still leaves a bit of an unsettled feeling since all of these words tend to have a bit of a negative connotation. Then it happened, the a-ha moment as I like to call it, when the knowledge in your head finally reaches your heart and you just get-it on a whole new level, a level where you are ready to live your knowledge without any qualms or even thinking about it and dare I say it, it's almost easy to do so.
Surrender = Trust. Do you trust that you will be ok? Do you trust that your higher self has worked this stuff all out already for you, and that everything will unfold beautifully and synchronistically if you let it? Do you trust that God/The Universe/Source has your best interest in mind? Do you trust that all of this is happening for a reason and sometimes its about getting the lessons we have a hard time learning? Do you trust that you are receiving help from your guides and angels if you ask and listen for it?
When we allow trust in our lives we stop the battle and know it will end well. Just take it moment by moment, one thing at a time. Start small by saying things like "I trust I will arrive at my destination at the perfect time", and then let it go. Then gradually build into "I ask my guides and angels for help with resolving this situation. I trust that it will work out in the best way for everyone involved" and then let it go. If you have an illness, contact Archangel Raphael for healing and ask that you receive whatever lessons you need to learn about the illness and trust that you will, then let it go. Be sure to thank your angels and guides for the work that they do, and before you know it, you are surrendering (trusting) several times a day! This will lead us to the mental, emotional, and spiritual peace and freedom that we seek. And trust me, once we have a taste of that freedom we will never look back, we will be too busy experiencing our bliss.
