Well we have made it through December, what a month to remember, or one we'd like to forget! All of our emotions were brought up as we experienced download after download of higher frequency energies, and we had nowhere else to look but at our own emotions as they surfaced. Even up to the last day of December, New Years Eve, we were in the energy of miscommunications while getting hit with intense energetic downloads. If you haven't already noticed this energy carries over a bit into this month, but with less intensity.
This month of January we are focused on the parts of our lives that need to change, where we would like to be, making a plan to get there, and then taking the proper steps to start to make it happen. You can ask that all of the changes be incorporated easily and gracefully into your life so that you don't feel like you are in a whirwind of change. It helps to notice the emotions that come up into your life during this process, and then let yourself feel it and then decide to release it. We are in a much higher frequency of energy and are no longer allowed to hang on to or bottle up our emotions, as it will come back to bite us sooner than we think. To help release any pent up emotional energy, take lots of sea salt and epsom salt baths, drink plenty of water, cry, dance, and do something creative. Use all of your outlets to release this energy and embrace the wonderful change that comes with no longer holding on to emotions!
We have new beginnings with the key dates of 1/1/11, the solar eclipse on the 4th, and again the frequency of new beginnings on 1/11/11. It takes a few days to really incorporate that 1/11/11 energy and we should start to feel some of that movement forward around the 14th through the end of the month and into early February. Today and the next few days are a great time to sit down and write your wishes for the new year. Once you've written your wishes, sit in a meditation and visualize yourself accomplishing all of these things. What a great way to start the year!
